Shannon joined CRI Real Estate Services in 2012. She believes ensuring a smooth transaction requires special knowledge of the relocation process, good organization skills, and the ability to communicate professionally. She understands the essentials of the relocation chain of command, including the required relocation documents, and how to interact with transferees and relocation coordinators. Shannon works closely with all members of the team to assist in managing the logistics to make the transition smooth.

It was a great pleasure working with our CRI agent during both the buying and selling experience. At the start of our buying process, we had to work long-distance because we lived out-of-state. The help we received with researching houses, the extensive real-time video tours that were arranged for us, with the positives and negatives pointed out with each home, and informing us about a host of conditions in and around our search areas were all so helpful. Once we arrived in state, we toured numerous houses and appreciated our agent's understanding of the local real estate market. Once we found a house, we were quickly guided through the purchase process with honesty, ease, good humor, and tremendous depth of knowledge. When it came time to sell our house to move closer to family, our CRI agent was our first choice to list our home because we had developed an easy rapport with her and knew she understood our needs and wants. The house sold in record time and every aspect of the transaction was as smooth as butter. In short, our CRI agent was outstanding in every way!

We started to work with a CRI Realtor® because she had found a house in Plano for our daughter, Amanda, and she enthusiastically recommended her. We live in Nevada, and our goal is to live winters in Plano and summers in Carson City. We started our search for a house in late March, and within a few weeks she had found a great house, which we eventually purchased. Our CRI Realtor® took care of all the due diligence activities, the minor repairs needed, coordinating contracts etc., while we stayed in Nevada. We bought the house “sight unseen” on May 19th. Following the purchase, we wanted the garage floor coated and some carpet replaced by hardwood flooring. Our CRI Realtor® located the contractors and met with the garage floor contractor at the house so he could give us an estimate. She helped us sort out the complications of home automation with the former owners. Meanwhile, we are still in Nevada, nearly four months later, because the furniture that we ordered has not yet been delivered. But our CRI Realtor® is still helping us with the logistics of owning a house that is 1,700 miles away. We can’t thank her enough for the first-class service we have received!
