Shonda has lived and worked in the Lakeway and Austin area in Travis County since 1999 and currently resides in Dripping Springs where she absolutely loves living. She holds a Bachelors of Fine Arts from Texas State University and found her way to real estate in 2011. Besides being licensed Realtor, Shonda is also a State Licensed Real Estate Appraiser. She is a member of the Austin Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and Texas Association of Realtors.
Shonda considers her expertise as a Real Estate Appraiser a valuable tool to help her clients as they price their home to sell, and also extremely useful when negotiating sales price as a buyer’s agent.
